Skipping required oil changes can jeopardize warranty coverage if maintenance is not performed and documented per Lexus schedules.

Lexus warranties require maintenance at prescribed intervals, and invoices serve as proof of compliance. Nalley Lexus Smyrna provides service documentation and follows Lexus procedures, which helps protect your coverage if warranty-related engine work is needed. Keep all records and follow the maintenance schedule outlined in your owner’s manual.

• Service documentation supports warranty compliance

• Scheduled maintenance prevents oil-related engine wear

Full synthetic oil provides superior high-temperature stability and cold-flow protection compared with conventional and blends.

High-output V6 engines like the IS 350’s benefit from oils that resist breakdown under heat and flow quickly at startup. While conventional oil is budget-friendly, synthetic blends and full synthetic oils provide better protection against deposits and oxidation. Check your Lexus owner’s manual for the exact specification required for the 2017 IS 350.

• Full synthetic = better thermal stability and cleanliness
• Synthetic blend = middle ground of cost and protection
• Conventional = acceptable where specified but less robust
