Provide your VIN online at NHTSA or call our service team; or schedule service with our factory-trained technicians and we will verify open recalls at no charge. We also recommend signing up for owner notifications with Lexus and checking recall letters sent by the manufacturer.
How much does a 2022 Lexus LC 500 recall repair cost?
Recall repairs for the 2022 Lexus LC 500 are performed free of charge under the manufacturer's recall program. Nalley Lexus Smyrna uses OEM parts and factory-trained technicians to complete recall repairs at no cost to the customer; additional non-recall services may be eligible for offers listed on our service specials page. If you need additional repairs beyond the recall remedy, ask our service advisor about financing options and pre-approval at pre-approval.
Can I get my 2022 Lexus LC 500 recall fixed at an independent shop or do I need a dealer?
Manufacturer recall repairs must be completed by an authorized dealer to ensure OEM parts and proper documentation; for safety and warranty records, bring the vehicle to a certified Lexus dealer like Nalley Lexus Smyrna. Independent shops may lack OEM diagnostic tools and official remedy parts; recall repairs performed at a franchise dealer ensure correct parts, factory training, and proper record filing with NHTSA and Lexus. To arrange a manufacturer-paid recall repair, schedule service with Nalley Lexus Smyrna and ask about our service financing if you need to spread costs for any non-recall work.

Most recall repairs for the 2022 Lexus LC 500 are completed in a single visit, typically within a few hours, though exact time depends on parts availability and the specific remedy required. Nalley Lexus Smyrna prioritizes recall work and will give you an estimated turnaround when you schedule appointment; if parts are on backorder we will provide interim guidance and an expected return date. For convenience, check our current offers under service specials and ask about shuttle or loaner options when you book.
Does an open recall affect my 2022 Lexus LC 500's trade-in or resale value?
Yes — unresolved recalls can lower trade-in and resale value because buyers and dealers verify recall status before purchase; completing recalls preserves vehicle value and sales prospects. Nalley Lexus Smyrna documents completed recall repairs with OEM records, which protects resale value and ensures the vehicle meets safety standards required by many buyers and inspectors. To resolve open items before selling or trading, visit our trade appraisal page at sell your car online or schedule service to have recalls completed for free.
Can I fail a state inspection because of an unresolved 2022 Lexus LC 500 recall?
Open recalls can contribute to inspection failures if the recall affects safety systems required by state inspection; addressing recalls reduces that risk. If a recall involves stability control, fuel leaks, or engine stalling, those defects may be flagged during inspection — Nalley Lexus Smyrna will inspect and perform the manufacturer remedy at no cost. Contact our service team or schedule service so we can confirm open recalls and complete necessary repairs before your inspection; ask about our service financing if needed.
